The Management Committee is the decision-making body of the UCPF. It is composed of 14 persons (12 members elected individually from representatives of the professional football clubs of Ligue 1, Ligue 2 and National as well as two independent members). These persons are elected by the General Assembly for a period of two years.
The Management Committee meets once a month at the offices of the UCPF. The president of the UCPF is himself elected by the Management Committee.
His duties include:
- The administration of the UCPF and syndicated affairs;
- To take all decision and relevant measures for the UCPF and its sphere of influence;
- To prepare all resolutions to be put before the General Assembly;
- To carry out all operations and decisions taken by the General Assembly with the powers to accomplish all that does not fall under the jurisdiction of the General Assembly.
